Born in West Africa to parents from Ghana and Togo, Hero.created grew up surrounded by the rhythms and cultures that continue to shape his work today. Based in Berlin, he blends African influences with contemporary electronic music, creating sets and productions rooted in both tradition and innovation. Alongside his work as a DJ and producer, Hero is focused on building platforms for African electronic culture. He is the founder of Amour Africain, a collective and event series that celebrates African music, art and community in Berlin. Through SAUTI, an event series dedicated to African electronic music, and SAUTI Radio, he creates space for artists to share their sound and connect with new audiences. He is also the co-founder of PLTFRM, a project showcasing DJs in unique locations across Berlin. Whether through music, events or media, Hero’s work is driven by a simple goal: bringing people together through sound while creating more visibility for African and Afro-diasporic artists.
